During HubSpot's onboarding, we migrated the current marketing data from various excel lists, integrated the Marketing Hub (Professional) into the Alku website, and made sure that each employee could quickly find the right customer, dealer and quote information in the portal. We applied automation to form submissions and created dashboards to monitor progress. We also optimized the forms for more conversions.
We optimized and automated the old process where forms for appointments and quotes ended up in a central mailbox and were manually forwarded to 35+ dealers in the Netherlands in HubSpot. Appointments and quotes from across the country now go directly to the right dealer. This saves time, improves customer experience and leads to more sales. Data about the source of contact requests is clearly displayed in dashboards and reports in HubSpot. From this, ALKU can see the impact of marketing efforts, how dealers are found and evaluate the workload at different locations. This helps ALKU to remain a reliable partner for all dealers.
