At Expandable in Eersel, they make customized trailers for Formula 1, among others. They call it “Movable spaces” themselves. They parked themselves at our office for one centralized space for their leads, sales pipeline, and quotes. Because Expandable is growing incredibly fast, they were looking for a tool that is scalable in the long term.
First, together with Expandable, we mapped out the commercial process. We then implemented this in HubSpot, so that marketing and sales now have the same information within one online environment. We have also made a customized link with the website, so that information from the configurator automatically enters HubSpot. For example, the selected products from the configurator are directly included in every deal.
After the implementation of HubSpot and the customized connection, Expandable has all data available in one environment for marketing, sales and service. HubSpot processes information from various sources, such as paid ads or the website, so Expandable has an integral overview of all contact moments with customers and leads. The sales department only has to click on the quote, because all information from the configurator is already in HubSpot. This is much more efficient and prevents errors. Ultimately, all information is summarized and visualized in clear dashboards for optimal insights.
